That depends on when the rain lets up. However, it shouldn't be terribly long.

[I WOULD LOVE TO. However, Issei's still only about a third of the way down Route 29; he, uh. I don't have any excuse for him, sorry. So he may or may not actually meet up with Neku, depending on how long the rain lasts - if Neku leaves Cherrygrove before... I'll be generous and say late Thursday, Issei probably won't catch up to him.
